Our mission is to help 1,000 people buy their first positive cash flow investment property through education, encouragement and empowerment.

We believe that is shouldn’t be hard to start investing in property and creating a better future for yourself and your family and thus we are striving to educate people in how to find and structure deals to minimize risk and increase profit. We want to encourage people to take the first step (because the first step is always the hardest) and we want to empower people to make wise decisions.

Here are a few things you can look forward to in the blog.

Suburb Profiles – We will look at different suburbs that have the potential to produce a positive cash flow and look at some of the risks and the rewards these suburbs have.

Property Calculators – We will be developing a bunch of easy property calculators that you can quickly use to find out whether your deal is a diamond in the rough…or just part of the rough

How To’s – We will walk you through a bunch of how to’s. Such as how to talk to real estate agents, how to structure an offer, how to sell a home, how to increase your rent etc.
